I was born and raised in a small fishing village that, at the time, was part of Northumberland, England. I had a happy childhood, with many friends, living in the terraced streets of Cullercoats. Today, the village looks very different, but the community spirit still thrives. 

Now I live not too far away from where I grew up, and I enjoy writing and socialising with friends and family. 

My interest in creative writing began at an early age, and I have enjoyed developing numerous characters over the years. DCI Caron Dell was created in 2005, and I wrote many short stories as I established her unique character; although they were never submitted for publication, I still draw on those early ideas today.

I have five novels planned at this stage, and I hope to craft these in line with my storytelling style as soon as possible.
